Transportation/Concierge

Julie Black was born in California and raised in various states across the Western U.S. In 2009, she graduated with a B.A. in political science, specializing in international relations. Last summer, Julie completed an externship with the honorable Bruce S. Jenkins of the United States District Court for the District of Utah. She is also a coauthor of Family Law in Utah (3rd ed), and is working on other articles for submission. These experiences helped her develop a deep interest in human rights and, in particular, the rule of law. In her spare time, she enjoys learning French, cooking, and fixing sprinkler systems.
