Allen and Denise Alexander have just been released from their three-year term presiding over a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in North Carolina. Allen was elected Chairman of the Board for Savage Services in 2005. The company provides supply chain solutions in the areas of transportation systems, materials handling, rail solutions, facilities management and related logistics services. Allen joined Savage Services in 1978, became President of Savage Services in 1987, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 1995. Lynn Fechser Anderson graduated from the Brigham Young University with a major in English. Her first experience in education was teaching Freshman English at BYU while her husband, Gary, finished his undergraduate studies. She later earned an M.A. at San Francisco State University. In 1991, Lynn and Gary founded the EBMRF, a foundation to fund research of the disease that took the lives of two of their children. Wilford Andersen was sustained a member of the Second Quorum of the Seventy for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint in April 2009. Prior to this church assignment, he was managing partner of Andersen Investments. David Paxman devotes much of his time working as a volunteer for the Perpetual Education Fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint. In 2005, he and his wife, Kathryn, served a humanitarian mission for the LDS Church in Argentina. David served as associate dean of the College of Humanities at Brigham Young University. Robert Pedersen is the Co-founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Del Sol and former Senior Vice President of Franklin Quest. Margaret was born in Moab, Utah. She met her husband, Bill at the University of Utah. She was a supportive wife and mother during his assignments as an officer in World War ll, his college education, his employment at American Oil, and his career as a chemical engineering professor at Brigham Young University. Bill was one of the pioneers in adapting man-made diamonds for industrial use. His first company, Megadiamond, made it possible for oil & gas companies to use man-made diamonds to chew through rock without replacing drill bits. He was also the founder of US Synthetic. Bill passed away in 2010. Margaret was a religion professor at Brigham Young University. She and Bill have been tremendous ICLRS supporters throughout the years.

Ralph Hardy received a B.S. (honors) at the University of Utah and a J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley. He is admitted to the practice of law in California and the District of Columbia. He joined the law firm Dow Lohnes in Washington, D.C., in 1968 and became a Member in 1974. His principal areas of concentration are in structuring, negotiating and financing media, high technology, and energy-related and other complex transactions. Mr. Hardy is involved with Dow Lohnes Government Strategies LLC in its government relations activities with Congress and the Executive Departments of the Federal Government.
