Blair R. Jackson is the owner and founder of Invictus Law. His practice involves compliance-related work, as it relates to advertising, marketing, telemarketing, and litigation surrounding advertising claims. He has been published in advertising related magazines and serves on several committees of advertising associations. Mr. Jackson also practices real estate law and advises in all aspects of zoning and land use issues, eminent domain, condemnation, commercial leasing, foreclosures, tax lien foreclosures and RESPA related matters. Mr. Jackson received a B.S. in Finance at Brigham Young University, an M.A. in Finance at University of Nebraska, and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Before beginning his practice of law in 2004, he worked for several years in both the private and government sector. Mr. Jackson holds State Bar Admissions in six different states, including Utah, Nevada, California, Idaho, Alaska, and New York.
